HCBS provides to people with disabilities and are 65 years and above.
We provide Individual Community Living Support programs which are really great. We cover the following:

We also provide relocation services which include the following:
- Facilitating relocation and assisting in evaluating housing options.

- Advocacy
- Rehabilitative services to adults
- Moving home Minnesota
